I am always very happy to be short-listed for awards / TV Shows and I am definitely happy with that, but let be honest, winning would be nicer! It must be the competitive side in me and I can’t help that.
When I went to the awards, I really didn’t think that I would win and I was just happy to be nominated, but when I saw who I was up against in the awards, secretly I thought ‘It’s in the bag’ ha ha.
Moral of the story.... Never assume it’s ‘in the bag’! Then you won’t be disappointed.
Oh and the food by Boston College Students was BRILLIANT! Next time maybe I should make a special Percy's Boston Iced Tea to accompany..
