Well it’s the 22nd of December and I am done for this year. I had a lie in until 7.15 this morning, amazing... I plan to increase this lie in by 30 mins for the next week. Well I will try! I popped over to Holbeach to check on the bottling plant... my kit is in the video blog, I just didn’t do a close up.

This is where I will be producing from next year, a corner of the factory will be Percy’s. The capping machine will arrive mid Jan, we are just waiting on a part from Italy for the pasteurising machine and then we need to put it together, it’s getting there!
